Who Pro is for

MonoBar is free and complete for one site — most people need exactly that. Pro is for the people who don't: developers and studios watching a fleet of client sites, projects, and services from the menu bar.

What Pro adds

MonoBar Pro adds:

• Up to 25 websites — monitor multiple sites from one quiet menu-bar app.
• Up to 10 additional supported status services — follow the published status of more services alongside your websites.
• Local notifications — receive native status-change notifications while MonoBar is running and monitoring is active.

Everything stays local-first: no MonoBar account, no cloud dashboard, no telemetry. Pro expands what MonoBar can watch and adds local notifications, never changing how it treats you.

MonoBar Pro is €14 EUR, one-time. Buy MonoBar Pro through Polar. Final taxes and payment total are shown at checkout. One-time means no subscription, renewal, or expiry. The Pro capabilities described at purchase remain available in supported MonoBar versions; a future substantial feature expansion may be a separate optional purchase.

A Direct Pro purchase may be activated on up to three Macs. The Mac App Store version is planned but not yet available; it would use a separate Apple purchase and Apple updates. Direct and Mac App Store purchases are separate.

What Pro is not

Free is not a trial, and Pro is not a ransom. Privacy, security, reliability, and fixes are never behind the paywall — they're the product's foundation, and every MonoBar user gets all of them. Pro adds scale for people who need it; it never subtracts from Free.

MonoBar Pro is available as a Direct purchase through Polar, MonoBar’s Merchant of Record. Future MonoBar releases will be announced in the Changelog and on X. No mailing list, no notification service — that would take an email address, and collecting things isn't what we do.
